Founded in 1989, Universidad Fermín Toro (Fermín Toro University) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Cabudare (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Lara. Officially recognized by the Ministerio del Poder Popular para Educación Universitaria, Ciencia y Tecnología, Venezuela (Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology of Venezuela), Universidad Fermín Toro (UFT) is a coeducational Venezuelan higher education institution. Universidad Fermín Toro (UFT) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
