Founded in 2000, Universidad Galileo (Galileo University) is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Guatemala City (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Guatemala. Officially recognized by the Consejo de la Enseñanza Privada Superior, Guatemala (Council of Private Higher Education), Universidad Galileo is a coeducational Guatemalan higher education institution. Universidad Galileo offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Universidad Galileo also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
