Established in 2011, Universidad Latinoamericana CIMA (CIMA Latin American University) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Tacna (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación, Peru (Ministry of Education of Peru), Universidad Latinoamericana CIMA (ULC) is a coeducational Peruvian higher education institution. Universidad Latinoamericana CIMA (ULC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. ULC also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
