Established in 1984, Universidad Nacional del Santa (National University of Santa) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Chimbote (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Ancash. Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación, Peru (Ministry of Education of Peru), Universidad Nacional del Santa (UNS) is a small coeducational Peruvian higher education institution. Universidad Nacional del Santa (UNS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UNS also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sports facilities, as well as administrative services.
