Founded in 1997, Universidad Privada del Chaco (Private University of Chaco) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Yacuiba (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Tarija. Officially recognized by the Ministerio de Educación, Bolivia (Ministry of Education of Bolivia), Universidad Privada del Chaco (UPC) is a coeducational Bolivian higher education institution.
