Founded in 2003, Universidad Tecnológica de la Región Norte de Guerrero (Technological University of the Northern Region of Guerrero) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Iguala (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Guerrero. Officially recognized by the Secretaría de Educación Pública, Mexico (Secretariat of Public Education of Mexico), Universidad Tecnológica de la Región Norte de Guerrero (UTRNG) is a coeducational Mexican higher education institution. Universidad Tecnológica de la Región Norte de Guerrero (UTRNG) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
