Established in 1997, Universidad Tecnológica de la Sierra Hidalguense (Technological University of the Sierra Hidalguense) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Zacualtipán (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Hidalgo.
