Founded in 1986, Universidad Tecnológica Oteima (Oteima University of Technology) is a higher-education institution located in the small city of David (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Chiriqui. This institution also has a branch campus in Panama City. Officially recognized by the Consejo Nacional de Evaluacion y Acreditacion Universitaria de Panama (National Council of University Assessment and Accreditation of Panama), Universidad Tecnológica Oteima (UTEIMA) is a coeducational Panamanian higher education institution. Universidad Tecnológica Oteima (UTEIMA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
