Founded in 1991, Universidad Tecnológica de Tula-Tepeji (Technological University of Tula-Tepeji) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the rural setting of the small city of Tula de Allende (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Hidalgo.
