Founded in 2007, Universidade de Belas (Belas University) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Samba (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Luanda. Officially recognized by the Ministério do Ensino Superior, Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, Angola (Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Angola), Universidade de Belas (UNIBELAS) is a very small coeducational Angolan higher education institution. Universidade de Belas (UNIBELAS) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UNIBELAS also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
