Established in 2002, Universidade de Díli (University of Dili) is a private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Dili (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Agência Nacional para a Avaliação e Acreditação Académica (National Commission for Academic Assessment and Accreditation), Universidade de Díli (UNDIL) is a small coeducational East Timorese higher education institution. Universidade de Díli (UNDIL) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation), bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UNDIL also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
