Founded in 1994, Universidade Politécnica (Polytechnic University) is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Maputo (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Maputo City. This institution also has branch campuses in the following locations: Quelimane, Nampula, Nacala, Tete e Xai-xai.
