Founded in 2000, Universidade Privada de Angola (Private University of Angola) is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Luanda (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministério do Ensino Superior, Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, Angola (Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of Angola), Universidade Privada de Angola (UPRA) is a small coeducational Angolan higher education institution. Universidade Privada de Angola (UPRA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UPRA also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
