Founded in 2000, Université des Montagnes (University of the Mountains) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the small city of Bangangté (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), West Region. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur, Cameroun (Ministry of Higher Education of Cameroon), Université des Montagnes (UdM) is a very small coeducational Cameroonian higher education institution. Université des Montagnes (UdM) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UdM also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
