Université Officielle de Semuliki (Official University of Semuliki) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Beni (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), North Kivu. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire, République Démocratique du Congo (Ministry of Higher and University Education of the Democratic Republic of the Congo), Université Officielle de Semuliki (UOS Beni) is a coeducational Congolese higher education institution. Université Officielle de Semuliki (UOS Beni) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UOS Beni also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including as well as administrative services.
