Established in 1999, Universitas Azzahra (Azzahra University) is a private higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Jakarta (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants), Jakarta SCR. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Azzahra is a small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Azzahra offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
