Established in 2011, Universitas Banten Jaya (University of Banten Jaya) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Serang (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Banten. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Banten Jaya is a small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution.
