Established in 1985, Universitas Ekasakti (Ekasakti University) is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Padang (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), West Sumatra. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Ekasakti is a small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Ekasakti offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Universitas Ekasakti also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
