Established in 2008, Universitas Gajah Putih (Gajah Putih University) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Aceh Tengah (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Aceh. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Gajah Putih (UGP) is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Gajah Putih (UGP) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
