Established in 1993, Universitas Gunung Rinjani (Gunung Rinjani University) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Selong (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), West Nusa Tenggara. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Gunung Rinjani is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution.
