Founded in 2001, Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo (University of Gorontalo Ichsan) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Gorontalo (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo (UIG) is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo (UIG) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UIG also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
