Founded in 2014, Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat (Raden Rahmat Islamic University) is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Malang (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), East Java. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion.
