Established in 1982, Universitas Kristen Immanuel (Immanuel Christian University) is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Sleman (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Yogyakarta SR. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Kristen Immanuel (UKRIM) is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Christian-Protestant religion. Universitas Kristen Immanuel (UKRIM) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
