Founded in 2000, Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon (Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon) is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Cirebon (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), West Java. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon (UMC) is a small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion. Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon (UMC) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
