Established in 1987, Universitas Nahdlatul Wathan (Nahdlatul Wathan University) is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Mataram (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), West Nusa Tenggara. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Nahdlatul Wathan (UNW) is a small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution.
