Founded in 2006, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Ganesha University of Education) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Singaraja (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Bali. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha is a large coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
