Established in 1986, Universitas Respati Indonesia (Respati University of Indonesia) is a private higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Jakarta (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants), Jakarta SCR. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Respati Indonesia is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Respati Indonesia offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
