Founded in 1986, Universitas Sisingamangaraja XII Tapanuli (Sisingamangaraja XII University of Tapanuli) is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Tapanuli Utara (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), North Sumatra.
