Established in 1986, Universitas Sulawesi Tenggara (University of South East Sulawesi) is a private higher-education institution located in the medium city of Kendari (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Southeast Sulawesi. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Sulawesi Tenggara is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution.
