Founded in 2000, Universitas Swiss German (Swiss German University) is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the metropolis of Tangerang (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Banten. This institution also has a branch campus in Jakarta. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Swiss German (SGU) is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Swiss German (SGU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees in several areas of study.
