Founded in 1989, Universitas Trunajaya (Trunajaya University) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Bontang (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), East Kalimantan. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Trunajaya is a very small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Trunajaya offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. Universitas Trunajaya also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
