Established in 1980, Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (Tunas Pembangunan University) is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Surakarta (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Central Java. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) is a small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UTP also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
