Founded in 2008, Universitas Wanita Internasional (International Women University) is a private higher-education institution located in the metropolis of Bandung (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), West Java. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Wanita Internasional (UWI) is a very small women only Indonesian higher education institution. Universitas Wanita Internasional (UWI) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UWI also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
