Founded in 2004, Universitas Yapis Papua (University of Yapis Papua) is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Jayapura (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Papua. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi, Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia), Universitas Yapis Papua is a small coeducational Indonesian higher education institution.
