Established in 2004, Universitatea de Stat din Taraclia (Taraclia State University) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large town of Taraclia (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministerul Educatiei a Republicii Moldova (Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova), Universitatea de Stat din Taraclia is a coeducational Moldovan higher education institution.
