Established in 1998, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Islamic Science University of Malaysia) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large town of Nilai (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Negeri Sembilan. Officially recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi (Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) is a medium-sized coeducational Malaysian higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion. Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 24 years old Malaysian higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.
