Founded in 1954, University of Antique is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Sibalom (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Western Visayas. Officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines, University of Antique (UA) is a coeducational Philippine higher education institution. University of Antique (UA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UA also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
