Established in 1967, University of Asia and the Pacific is a non-profit private higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Pasig City (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), National Capital Region. Officially recognized by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines, University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) is a small coeducational Philippine higher education institution. University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 55 years old Philippine higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic record and grades.
