Founded in 1995, University of Blue Nile is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Ad Damazin (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Blue Nile. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Sudan, University of Blue Nile (UOBN) is a coeducational Sudanese higher education institution. University of Blue Nile (UOBN) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UOBN also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
