Established in 1963, University of Medicine 2, Yangon is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of North Okkalapa (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Yangon. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Health and Sports of Myanmar, University of Medicine 2, Yangon (UM2) is a small coeducational Burmese higher education institution.
