Founded in 2013, University of Poonch Rawalakot is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Rawalakot (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Azad Kashmir. Officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, University of Poonch Rawalakot (UPR) is a small coeducational Pakistani higher education institution. University of Poonch Rawalakot (UPR) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
