Established in 2010, University of Raparin is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Rania (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Kurdistan. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Regional Government, University of Raparin (UoR) is a coeducational Iraqi higher education institution. University of Raparin (UoR) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UoR also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
