Established in 2002, University of Sargodha is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the large city of Sargodha (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Punjab. This institution also has branch campuses in the following locations: Lahore, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lyallpur. Officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, University of Sargodha (UOS) is a large coeducational Pakistani higher education institution.
