Founded in 1952, University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences is a higher-education institution located in the large metropolis of Tehran (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran, University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences is a coeducational Iranian higher education institution. University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
