Established in 2005, Université Akli Mohand Oulhadj de Bouira (Akli Mohand Oulhadj University of Bouira) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Bouïra (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Bouira.
