Established in 1998, Université Américaine des Sciences Modernes d'Haïti (American University of Modern Science of Haiti) is a higher-education institution located in the large city of Port-au-Prince (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), West Department. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle, Haiti (Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training of Haiti), Université Américaine des Sciences Modernes d'Haïti (UNASMOH) is a coeducational Haitian higher education institution. Université Américaine des Sciences Modernes d'Haïti (UNASMOH) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
