Founded in 2004, Université de Mbandaka (University of Mbandaka) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Mbandaka (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Equateur. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire, République Démocratique du Congo (Ministry of Higher and University Education of the Democratic Republic of the Congo), Université de Mbandaka (UNIMBA) is a coeducational Congolese higher education institution. Université de Mbandaka (UNIMBA) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. UNIMBA also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
