Founded in 2012, Université de Ségou (University of Segou) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Ségou (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Segou. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique, Mali (Ministry of Higher Education and Research of Mali), Université de Ségou is a coeducational Malian higher education institution.
