Founded in 1980, Université G.O.C. (University G.O.C.) is a for-profit private higher-education institution located in the suburban setting of the small city of Titanyen (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), West Department. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle, Haiti (Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training of Haiti), Université G.O.C.
