Founded in 1996, Université Jean Lorougnon Guédé (Jean Lorougnon Guédé University) is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Daloa (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Sassandra-Marahoué. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique de Côte d'Ivoire (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Ivory Coast), Université Jean Lorougnon Guédé (UJLoG) is a coeducational Ivorian higher education institution. Université Jean Lorougnon Guédé (UJLoG) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study. UJLoG also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.
